Fintech Hub Director (BT 03 )

Job Purpose/هدف الوظيفة :

Grid is a FinTech & Innovation Hub that inspired to boost financial innovation, and enables accessibility of digital financial solutions mainly for Egypt and ultimately regionally for Arab and Africa world.
As Hub Director you will be working according to a budget, sales plan, community plan, marketing & communications plan. At Grid, you will meet local as international companies and partners that you will help them to collaborate, grow, and develop their businesses.

Required Qualifications/متطلبات إشغال الوظيفة

• Previous experience within sales and strategic partnerships.
• Have a background as an entrepreneur as well as C-level experience from a corporate organization. Having experience from consultancy organization is also a merit.
• Have strong knowledge about technology, innovation within Financial industry.
• Have an interest for digital innovations and technology.
• Creative mind with strong ability to spot new business opportunities.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Strong sales skills.
• Strong communication skills, speak English and Arabic fluently.
• Strong team player.
• Well organized and goal oriented.

Responsibilities and duties/القدرات والمهارات المهنية

• Lead the local operations and the local execution of the Hub strategy.
• Manage the local P&L incl budgeting and forecasting.
• Recruitment of staff and execution of HR policies.
• Manage and develop local product portfolio and pricing of services.
• Lead and execute customer satisfaction work and constantly strives to make the service and customer experience at Grid world-class.
• Lead customer acquisition and execution of sales strategy.
• Participate in the implementation of various events and happenings organized by Grid for its customers.
